Greg Simpson is a proud native of St. Petersburg, FL, and has called the Tampa Bay area his home sweet home for his entire life. When the recession hit the Tampa Bay real estate market in 2008-2009, Greg didn’t just sit back and watch—he rolled up his sleeves and made it his mission to help rebuild the community he loves. Today, he resides in Tampa with his wonderful wife, Jackie, their two energetic kids, Luke and Layla, and their two playful pups, Zola and Sky.
With a real estate career that kicked off in 2013, Greg has done it all—from flipping over 100 houses and wholesaling more than 300 properties to managing a diverse portfolio of long-term, short-term, and medium-term rentals.
